We contacted GM in regards to this issue. A $31,000.00 vehicle should not have such severe engine issues at 38,000 miles. Then of course it was at the dealership a month prior and they told us, no it's not engine issues it was the spark plugs. So after 3 days of getting nowhere with GM I will be hauling my truck out of the Dealership and having it repaired by another entity. I'm not sure where the disconnect is that created the lack of response time but I am pissed that GM would not stand behind there product. I grew up where it was only acceptable to have a GM vehicle. I also own a 2009 cobalt, but this incident is definitely swaying my opinion of the company. I was asking them to cover the cost completely but to at least help us out. I think I am more dissappointed in the company I once admired.
