There is a open recall because of passenger side seat belt. I called Chevrolet and they stated it was an open recall and to contact a local dealer. I called the Chevrolet dealer in my city, El Cajon, CA. They confirmed there is a recall and made an appointment for me. Several minutes later they called back and said they couldn't honor the recall and said there was nothing they could do. This is not a dealer initiated recall. So now I'm worried that if I do have an accident any passenger may be seriously injured or killed. Both Chevrolet corporate and the dealer had any idea what a "neck extension" was. I was alerted by Bridgestone tires that the recall was open for this vehicle.
This is another example of big corporations caring for the almighty dollar and not human safety or life.
