When making calls other person could not hear me clearly. I took the headliner down to get to the speaker so I could replace it and found that the insulation / tape holding the wire and speaker in place were twisted and not covering the entire speaker. I used duct tape and some extra foam thin and covered the entire back of the speaker to reduce background / outside noise from roof area. This did the trick, and as well I did replace the speaker just in case since I had taken the headliner down. It took 1.5 hours to complete and this should have been done correctly and or better.
