CarComplaints.com Notes: There are a fair-number of power steering related complaints which is a continuation of problems from the previous model year. Considering the problem tends to happen beyond the standard warranty (73k+) it's best to avoid this vehicle or at least be prepared for the $1,300+ repair.

I have the oil changed every 5000 miles. I only use synthetic oil and premium filters.
The engine is consuming nearly 2 quarts of oil between changes. I am a mechanic (aircraft) and by ANY standard, this is excessive. Many issues of this are found on an internet search.
Chevy knows of this issue with their 3.6L V6, yet they offer no recalls, nor company sponsored repairs.
I've owned new Chevy's since my 1979 Z-28 and this will be my last Chevy purchase (GM as well).
