Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

CarComplaints.com Notes: There are a fair-number of power steering related complaints which is a continuation of problems from the previous model year. Considering the problem tends to happen beyond the standard warranty (73k+) it's best to avoid this vehicle or at least be prepared for the $1,300+ repair.

The contact owns a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse. The contact referenced NHTSA campaign id number: 12V151000 (visibility:windshield wiper/washer:linkages) and stated that because he resided in a warmer climate state, the vehicle was not included in the recall. The contact stated that he resided in the mountains in his state and that his vehicle and others in the state needed to be included in the recall. The contact called the manufacturer but the manufacturer offered no assistance. The contact stated that he would have the vehicle repaired according to the recall, at his expense.
