I purchased my 2012 Traverse with 75,000 miles. Beautiful car that was clean and powerful. After a few months of driving it, I have a rattle noise upon start up. Take it to my local mechanic who identifies it as low oil, give it an oil change and we're good to go.
A few months down the line, rattle noise pops up again. Mechanic claims its most likely timing chains and will need to be repaired or motor will be destroyed. We give it an oil change, only to find out it's leaking oil now.
A company that has been designing vehicles for 100 years can't make a motor operate normally? Makes you question GM vehicles. Their vehicles aren't cheap, but its problem after problem. My local dealer has 19 loaner vehicles and when I called for a loaner vehicle so I could get my car repaired, they claimed all the loaner vehicles were being used!
