So when the dash and all electronics go black, the car still runs. Sometimes just the center console electrics go black and sometimes the center and main electronics go out with it. You have no turn signal, you don't know if you have brake lights, no back up camera, no air conditioning, nothing but a manual speedometer.

You've got to worry about the safety and reliability not knowing what other effects this could have. It has occurred 6 times now, and when we took it to the dealer they said we don't see a problem so bring it back in when its happening. 4000 miles on the car now, took to dealer since we were in town and the told them DO NOT TURN This car off, so you will believe us when we say there is a problem.

The technician from the back came to look at it and said, yes these is definitely a problem. We left it with no loaner car, under complete warranty. DOUG called me the next day and opened with "I understand that their may be a problem with your car"- a horrible intro for someone who has now lost their patience! I responded appropriately. He then stated they ordered a new radio and we could get it installed in about a week if it came in. Also, stating that the car was ready for pick up.

I asked him to give us some assurance that the car was safe and sound while the computer was out, as I would hold them responsible for any resulting accidents/injury. I haven't heard back and have no loaner. Gives me time to put this out for posting. I'm sure it will be fixed, but putting this out there for someone else to use, IF THEY ARE NOT BELIEVED BY THEIR DEALER!

Update from May 20, 2021: They replaced the "radio controller" as they called it. Basically the whole center screen of the dash electronic controls. Working property. And apparently new car dealerships like the one in Florence, SC, are cutting back on loaner cars, no matter what. Best of luck if you have this problem, as it is fixable if you can prove a problem exists.

If there are more problems of the same, we will post it!
