The car would jerk while accelerating, and felt like it wanted to take off while in reverse and drive. The mechanic that the dealership deals with "worked" on the car 3 times, and finally found the problem on the 4th try. I truly believe he was just disconnecting the battery!!!

200 Limited V4

  • Automatic transmission
  • 37,024 miles

Bought car brand new 06/2016 and service engine light came on 07/2018. Was given a three year warranty or 36,000 miles whichever came first. Car is at 37,024 miles. Have to pay out of pocket because out of warranty. Shouldn't be having issues with a brand new car.

I have extended warranty in which I paid almost $2000 for and I was told that because the mechanic stated that they recommend me fixing the problem and not that it need to be fix... they do not cover under recommendations.
