throttle sticking

Vehicle was being driven by a 17 year old when the throttle stuck. Was driving in a parking ramp turning the corner when the accelerator stuck and speed increased. The brake was applied with both feet full force, but the car continued to accelerate hitting 3 parked vehicles. The Chrysler 300 was totaled as well as a Lincoln SUV. A Honda SUV and Ford F-150 also received damage from the impact. There apparently are several complaints on this issue, but yet no recall. Luckily, there was no personal injury, but the property damage is significant to four vehicles.
