It is hard to go anywhere when your auto will not move from the start position. I need transportation as I live in the country and town is 5 miles away. I have health problems and need to be able to get to my doctors that are at least 25 miles away. I think it is a crying shame that you pay hard earned money for a car and expect commitment from a car company that apparently doesn't stand behind its products. I have maintained this car since I received it. Life sucks!
Update from Nov 22, 2011: I finally got my car fixed, but chrysler would only pay for the part. They said this was because I didnot take my car to a crysler dealer for the repairs. I could not afford to have my car towed to the nearest dealer. The nearest dealer to my house is about 35 miles away. Chrysler did pay for the part $155.00. So if you can afford to have your car towed to the nearest chrysler dearler I would sugest that you do that, because then chrysler will pay the whole bill, but you have to stay on them and keep calling. e-mail does not work. you have to call them on the phone. GOOD LUCK
