Purchased the vehicle new with 1,681 miles on it. Found the Outside Air Temperature Gauge on the E.V.I.C. stuck on 64 degrees. Stayed this way until driven above 40mph for approximately 5-10 minutes and then began working correctly (checked against on-board Sirius Link weather). Discovered that since it is interlinked with the Interior Climate Control system, your interior programmed temperature (if greater than the indicated outside temperature with faulty reading) will cause the interior temperature to stay the same. For example, if True Outside Temp. is 99 and the Indicated Outside Temp is 64, the interior A/C will not turn on if set at 72, only if set to below 64.
