I leased a brand new Chrysler 300s the first part of April 2016. Upon the first week of ownership I noticed along both sides of the sunroof the metal was wavy. Three waves on each side. Chrysler reps viewed the car and said thats the way they make them. I said they should check their quality control. Philips Chrysler dealership was no help.I had over the past years purchased six vehicles from Phillips Chrysler this one being the 7th. They said they are on my side but can't be of any help. The problem was passed on to Chrysler. They were very slow to answer my concerns. I was passed around to different departments for over 60 days. Then heard from what they call impartial services. They were impossible to negotiate with and only concerned with Chryslers bottom line. They have agreed to buy the car back on July 12th 2016. Unfortunately this fiasco will have set me back a couple thousand dollars. Be careful with Chrysler....They just don't give a damn. If your Chrysler has a sunroof [ the large one ] check the roof for waves. You would think Chrysler would do a better job to retain customers. After all my last 7 vehicles came from Phillips Chrysler in Ocala Florida. And do you think I ever heard from the owner of the dealership? Heck no that would be too much to ask. Ive checked other Chrysler 300s in showrooms and on the road. They all have the problem. I will notify everyone I run into that has a Chrysler 300 with the large sunroof.
