Car overheated while sitting at Idle, as I bought it used I didn't realize the higher then normal temperatures while idling was not normal. Dealership told us the fan needed to be replaced. About $400.00 including labor..
Found out later (via an online website) this seems to be a recurring problem and its due to premature wear of the DC motor brushes ($50 to be replaced.)
