CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP SAYS I NEED TO PAY $1200 TO REPLACE AND INSTALL AN ELECTRONIC COMPONENT, THE TOTAL INTEGRATED PERFORMANCE MODULE (TIPM), JUST TO SEND THE SIGNAL FOR THE COMPRESSOR TO TURN ON.

AT 73,000 MILES THIS IS A DEFECT THAT SHOULD BE REPLACED FREE OF CHARGE BY THE MANUFACTURER. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO INCUR THIS REPLACEMENT COST. THIS IS ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF WHY U.S. CITIZENS ARE ARE NOT WANTING TO BUY U.S. MANUFACTURED AUTOMOBILES THAT ARE FULL OF ELECTRONIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL CRAP THAT DOES NOT WORK.
