power windows not working properly

We have been doing all the things we see on Youtube to fix the problem, nothing. We called to see if there was a recall but see all kinds of ongoing problems with the windows, so why is there not a recall on this? My car is getting a mildew smell..

I replace the window motor 3 times. The last time I had to pay out of pocket. I wish Dodge would fix this issue and have an recall on it

I can operate the passenger window from the driver's side to slide it down, however I cannot slide it up from the drivers side. I have to reach over and use the passenger side operator. 2 days ago it would not slide up from either side for several hours, but finally it worked but only from the passenger side.
