Horn defect on 2008 Dodge Caliber. Horn does not work despite 3 attempts to repair by dealer. Purchased at heritage Ford in corydon, Indiana and repaired by gerdon Chrysler/Dodge in corydon. Horn sounds on first push, then will not sound for several hours or days when pushed.
