This is the twelfth time in six years of owning my car that I have had to change my rotors and pads and 2nd time of changing all 4 calipers and drums.

Had a vibration in the car and when I took it to my regular mechanic, he said that the rotors were warped and the pads were found and I should take it to the dealership. My dealer moved to Newport, RI, so I took it to MetroDodge. They told me that it was not under warranty and they would resurface for $ 400. I called Chrysler's complaint department and after being sweetly checked in on, they told me to get a second opinion because Metro finally answered their inquiry and said that it was normal wear and tear. (But the pads were perfect and could be put back on). I took it to Bald Hill Dodge upon Chrysler's request with a case number and was still told that I owed them $ 45 for checking them and it was normal wear and tear and the email from Chrysler didn't say they would pay for the diagnostic. Of course, no supervisors nor was my rep available. My mechanic can replace the 4 rotors for the price they would resurface and 2 other mechanics claim that it is not normal wear and tear and they were just cheap rotors.
