The vehicle tends to fail electrically when driving. All dashboard indicator lights go on, power steering and power brakes seem to fail, lights go out and wipers stop functioning. I've been caught in the rain at night on more than one occasion and suddenly without lights, wipers, the ability to check my speed direction etc. I believe there's an outstanding recall to address this 14V-567 but according to the manufacturer the new part hasn't been made yet and isn't expected until mid-2015. This is dangerously unacceptable.

I was driving when the car suddenly stalled out. A few months later there was a recall notice for a faulty ignition switch. A couple of months after that, the car suddenly lost power as I was driving down the road. I took it to the repair shop, and they still can't figure out what the problem is. I'm requesting a loaner vehicle until the recall problem is fixed, before an accident happens.

It started out as a battery problem. I am on the third battery 2 of them within 90 days. Then the ignition, you could turn the key and it would not do anything for 30 to 40 seconds. Then sometimes nothing at all and I would have to turn key off then back to start. Sometimes the car would try to start then stop and try again before it would start. Now when I use the turn signal and make a turn it tries to lock the steering. I have a second Charger same year that is now having the battery problem... what's next ?
I pull out from a fast food place I stop for the other cars and my car just cut off thank the lord I did not pull out into the street or I might have been or kill. Now my car had to be towed the same happen to my car in my yard Sunday I don't know what's up with this ignition switch.

Car randomly began to shut off right after starting or sometimes while driving. It got to the point where it shut off and it wouldn't start again. I towed it to the dealership and they advised me that I need to replace ignition module and key fob also need to reprogram. The total came up to $ $696.18. Two years went by and it was working ok until one day again, randomly began to shut off right after starting or sometimes while driving. Is this issue related to the Chrysler ignition recall? I would like to know because I am not spending another price now $ 800+ on a new module and fob.
