I purchased a 2008 Dodge Charger V8 hemi gold from thrifty motors Inc. And I was under the impression according to the contract that the car had 113,440 miles on it. I look at the inspection sticker and it shows 114,000 on 11/1/2018. I look at the 2008 Dodge Charger gold vehicle history report on instavin and I found that on 11/26/2018 the car was sold at an auction with 113,437 miles on it.

I was taking my cousin home from work. That when we pulled down his drive way and stop. That when he try to get out of the car and the seat belt was stuck. We try missing with it for five minutes and it still didn't come lose. So I had to take the seatbelt bolt of the passenger seat so he can get out of the car. So that when I drive home approximately 30min and it still stuck.
