When stopping the vehicle, the vehicle lurches badly right before it stops. The dealer says there is not a fix until the end of may/early June. We were told to pick up the car and continue to drive it until somebody notifies us. It is very alarming every time you go to stop.

Chrysler issued a recall on my vehicle in December 2013 but as of today cannot tell me when they will know how to fix it. I believe that this is unreasonable. Also, they have not once told me whether or not it is safe to continue to drive my vehicle. I believe at this point I should be entitled to a full refund on this vehicle.

The contact owns a 2013 Dodge Charger. The contact stated that while the vehicle was in park, the contact activated the remote starting system. The vehicle then accelerated and crashed into a pole. There were no injuries. The contact called the manufacturer and filed a complaint. The manufacturer stated that an investigator would contact him but the contact had not heard from the investigator. The contact owns a 2013 Dodge Charger. The contact stated that while accelerating from a stop, there was a loud bang. The contact stated that the vehicle did not accelerate and they were unable to shift the vehicle into park. The vehicle was towed to the dealer and the dealer stated that the drive shaft had become fractured between the transmission and the transfer case. The dealer stated that the manufacturer wanted them to send the entire transmission back to be inspected instead of repairing it. The manufacturer was going to send an entirely new transmission, drive shaft and transfer case. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and the current mileages were 5,000.
