Dakota SLT 5.2L

Well the steering has never leaked a bit not a drop still. I thought it was the power steering because it went in and out for a while. I was not low on fluid so I replaced the power steering pump and it did not make any difference. I am not sure what is wrong but I plan to replace the rack next. I hope it takes care of the problem.
