Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. i have a 2001 dodge Dakota cc 4x4 with the 4.7 v8 engine. when i am cruising on the highway at about 70 an i give it gas the rpms rise slowly but the tranny doesn't down shift i get a bucking feeling coming from the transmission. im not sure what the problem is but im guessing it cant be good for the tranny. if anyone has any idea about what is wrong please let me know. thanks
