Grand Caravan

Radio won't work most of the time then comes on for a few seconds but when it goes off the speakers hum loud. The speakers hum until the engine is shut off {knobs won't work}. Usually I have radio shut off to avoid sudden noise of it coming on then getting the humming when it quits playing.
