Took Van to dealership with 60450 miles as transmission just went out.

The service person instead of helping me with the problem his first words were "can i offer you interest in another new vehicle"...unbelievable!!!!...I would NEVER by a DODGE product in my life...!!!

The warranty had just expired at 60k miles..dealership didn't even try to compromise in repair cost or even a discount....had to do fix it as it was the family vehicle, I had bought it brand new 2003. You would expect a quality product and specially the transmission NOT to go out at that mileage.!

I had bought a used plymouth mini van before and had to replace transmission as well but wanted to give DODGE american made a chance by buying new, but it turn out to be a disgrace..american made cars are just disappointing..... can't even continue to write...what a let down...now i buy Nissan/Honda and even KIAs.
