This van is very poor quality. I have had numerous problems with it, including the brakes/rotors, air-conditioning, electric doors, three recalls, and loss of oil. The problem with the paint is the rear bumper where normal dirt and mud splash up has permanent staining. I wash the van on a regular basis, but it has not made a difference. I spoke with a painter at an autobody and wast told that every Dodge Caravan they've seen has had this problem. This has never been a problem with vehicles that I've owned prior to this (they were Toyota's). Please see the other complaints that have been filed.
