Grand Caravan SXT 3.8L

Turned key but only clicking sound. Then had it jump started.
Everything seemed to work inside but just wouldn't turn over.
After looking at so many complaints about electrical i am very sure that there is a defect in the way the wiring is being routed somewhere. This leads to shorts that can confuse computer and produce electrical issues.
wiring needs to be checked fully for loose cables which is a pain. It should only be in one place but once found it should be ok.
the reason folks undo battery cable is that it resets computer, but once the loose cable somwhere shorts, it again confuses teh computer. Depending on where the short is...the computer will act accordingly.
