Grand Caravan SXT 3.8L V6

Since buying this car, it has had an intermittent rough idle. My wife took it in at about 23000 miles (we bought it from Dodge with 18000 miles on it). They said they flashed some new firmware that should fix the problem....... Didn't. We then went through the fuel pump failure/replacement which they said would fix the problem...... Didn't. Now it has gotten so bad at 39000 miles that if finally set an engine code and lit the check engine light. They looked at it and tell me they have a TSB on it that instructs them to change the spark plugs and wires. $335 because the extended "bumper to bumper warranty" doesn't cover plugs and wires. Napa sells wires for $55 and I'll get new plugs and do it myself. I'm not holding out much hope that this will fix the problem though.
