Grand Caravan SXT 3.8L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 15,000 miles

I have a noise in the left/drivers side when I make a sharp left turn or pull into a parking space that has been looked at multiple times at a dealership. They dealership was "unable to duplicate customer concern" multiple times, but did eventually replace something under there.....didn't fix the issue....still have the noise, but have given up on this issue. The dealership assures me that it is safe and it handle well.

Grand Caravan SE Plus 3.3L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 28,000 miles

The service department blew off the problem as a natural sound coming from the sway bar of all Grand Caravans. It is annoying and is the same sound heard before a cracking sound happened in the left front wheel. then the cvjoint had to be replaced. I guess being at exactly 35802 miles precluded their attempting to fix the problem until the warranty expired. It has now but I have record of reporting the problem earlier.
