When I pulled the release for the emergency brake the pedal popped up so fast and high that it hit my ring finger and chipped the bone. My finger started swelling and I had to quickly remove my wedding and engagement rings before they were stuck. I had x-rays and was at the emergency room for hours before they could get to me and splint the finger. If the chip does not fuse to the bone I will have to have it removed. Neither the doctors and nurses nor the dealer had ever heard of such a problem. I had to pay $100 to have the car fixed.
