There is an intermittent vibration that is so loud you can hear it through a cellphone. It comes and goes. The factory warranty expired (3/36.) We bought the extended warranty but it has a $100 deductible (per problem.) When combined with a broken air conditioner (for the third time) it is $200 to simply look at it. I don't think so. Our lease is up, it is now winter, they can fix both problems in the spring after we give it back. This was one of many problems we have had on this van. It is a shame. These vans have the best features but they are made so cheap. We chose Chrysler (before the second buyout) to help America. To hell with that. We are buying a used Honda Odyssey when our lease it up. They may not have all the same features but they are built much much better. Shame on you Chrysler.
