When done driving, its time to shut off the engine, only it won't shut off all the way . . . key is blocked from turning past the ACC position. Seems to be related to something in the shifter that is supposed to signal the ignition switch to allow a full shut off when the gear is in park. Adding lubricant into the shifter knob helps for a while, but is a temporary fix. So far, we have been able to fully shut the car off by pressing the shifter knob button multiple times and moving the shifter out of and back into park several times. Dealer was asked about this and said its caused by not moving the shifter into position "firmly enough" and that's false.
