This problem started two years ago and it started when we had a very harsh winter.. The van will drain and die overnight and I have take it to an electrical specialist and they could not fix the issue. They tried a lot of different things, but nothing worked. They even disconnected by radio, but nothing. In the summer time there is not a problem, but here we go again, the weather is getting colder and the van is dying over night. I have found that if I run it everyday without fail, it will start. What a pain to deal with and something tells me that Dodge knows about this issue.

I have spent $1600 + so far to replace modules. The problem is not fixed. I have tried two dealers. They do not know what to do. They have been in contact with Dodge HQ techs and they do not know what to do. They just recommend to try this or that and hope. I have had the TIPM replaced twice. The Skeed module 3 times and numerous visits to dealers. The car has been parked at dealer lots much of the time. No dealer and no HQ rep has suggested or made available the electronic equipment to analyze the problem. I note from the internet that such equipment exists but no one that I can find has it. Besides no one is trained to read raw bus messages. So, it has been 4 months now, 3 new batteries and a nightly procedure requiring that I disconnect the battery. I can use the car during the day but I cannot park it for more than 5 hours without disconnecting the battery. If I do, the battery will be dead. Is this enough of a rant or do you want more?
