The contact owns a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact states that the vehicle's horn would sound on its own. The failure occurred when the vehicle was in park or drive. The vehicle was taken to gengras Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (460 Connecticut blvd, East hartford, ct 06108, (860) 289-0246) and the contact was informed that she would have to pay for diagnostic testing in order for the vehicle to be repaired. The manufacturer was not notified. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 172,000.
