The contact owns a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. When the engine was started, the entire instrument panel failed to work and the screen was blank. The failure occurred without warning. The vehicle was taken to the dealer (henkel Chrysler Jeep Dodge located at 1275 w dickman rd, springfield, mi 49037; (800) 865-6185). The dealer did not know how to repair the vehicle and deemed it unsafe to drive. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The approximate failure mileage was 77,000.
