Dashboard had a nervous breakdown while I was driving. Wipers turned on by themselves, no gauges working, all yellow warning lights on.

Problem went away after I turned ignition on/off 3 times??? Why? I have no idea. Just did that on a hunch.

instrument cluster dead, windshield wiper control

Problem is intermittent and brought to Naples (FL) Dodge but problem went away just as we arrived for service. Was told by Service dept that the problem had to present to troubleshoot. Car was hauled via auto transporter to RI and problem occurred again. Metro Dodge (Cranston RI) was able to obtain codes even though problem went away while awaiting for service with engine running. Problem was identified as a faulty TIPM. Metro Dodge has advised that part is on backorder on a national level. Estimate cost for labor and materials ~1200-$1400.
