The contact owns a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated the key fob remained stuck in the ignition. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed with needing an unknown component on the dashboard to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 30,000.

The contact owns a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated that while driving 45 mph, the vehicle stalled without warning. Additionally, the vehicle failed to start and the contact had to manipulate the ignition switch for the vehicle to restart. The contact called zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of plainwell (1186 M-89, plainwell, mi 49080, (269) 685-5800) and was informed that the failure may be caused by the win module. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was contacted but no further assistance was provided. The failure mileage was 68,000.
