The passenger can't use sun visor and cannot use handle in back seat to assist in getting into van. When you call about repairing the problem, it is too extensive and I cannot afford repairs since I AM ON SOCIAL SECURITY
It doesn't allow extra for what I have to call unnecessary repair. I have to remind passengers not to grab handle which could cause a injury if used and turned loose when pulled on and could cause the person to fall out of car.
