Took the truck to the shop today because hot air from A/C. they said that the evaporator was bad and was a common issue with this truck. They also said that the dash would have to come off...well you know that story with dodge dashes.

see interior complaints. Heater coil was bad. Dealership replaced at the cost of the dash board cracking all over. They said they were not responsible. Imagine that!
