The key falls out of ignition while driving, also the shifter can be moved without key in ignition it is the same problem as 10V200000 recall but my truck isn't included in recall search but it should, I know Dodge retooled in the middle of the 2009 year and the parts on my truck match a 2010 year model for which the recall is intended.this is a dangerous situation that isn't being addressed by seemingly a clerical error.

While driving my truck it just shut off, died and would not start back up. This was very dangerous! going 65 miles an hour, in the center lane trying to get over to the side of the road...safely! I tried to start the truck...everything came on as normal, but would not crank. I had to have the truck towed $$. the alternator was replaced $$. truck still would not start. It would not crank, you could hear clicking under the hood and you could hear the fuel pump come on. I was told it was the win module which cost me $870!! (win module and programming) evidently this is a common problem with Dodge trucks. What does it take to have a recall on this part"!! does it take a certain number of crashes or deaths? all in all it cost me about $1500, but it could have cost me my life, my girlfriends life, and possibly people in other vehicles that were driving around me. I have researched and found that other Dodge vehicles were affected with this faulty part and there was a recall put out. There again, I ask Dodge....what does it take to have a recall on this part for Ram 1500 trucks?" I hope that all owners that had or is having this problem to file a report! please! read all the discussions similar to mine on Dodge forum. Again, please report these types of problems, they will not know how may vehicles are affected if it's not reported. You may save someone's life.

The vehicle dies and everything becomes disabled including all outside lights including the emergency flashers. Engine turns off and then will no restart. Sometimes this problem is intermittent but later completely fails. This is the second time in 2 years that this truck has died. The first time it happened on a foggy night. The ngine and all lights turned off at cruising speed leaving only some instrument cluster lights on which ends up bein even more of a distraction from the sudden outside darkness. After trying to find the side of the road in the darkness, then your emergency flashers do not work leaving the truck just a dark target in the road. This is extremely dangerous. Recently this same truck died a second time but thankfully after filling up a a gas station. After a quick search online, this has happened to many many Dodge Ram owners from 2009 to 2016 maybe newer vehicles and also other models. The dealer refers to the problem being with a totally integrated power module (tipm). I just read that there have been many complaints filed already even with the NHTSA. Please continue to investigate, this is a major safety issue.

Truck sometimes shows life when in accessory but when put to on truck dies completely, obviously not going to turn over with no sign of life. Minutes later I can come back and start it no problem. Headlights will consistently stutter or even turn on or off while parked or moving. Lastly while driving sometimes all power and electrical shuts off and truck is completely dead while going any speed. I have not found a certain speed it dies because it has shut off in parking lots and going down highway. Power steering is gone and its scary to pull of side of road when some roads don't have much to work with or going at highway speeds and losing all power.

The total integrated power module failed and it's a common problem in all Chrysler and Dodge vehicles. That fails the engine runs rough, ac, brake light, turn signal, horn, wipers, stop working and transmission stays in 1st gear. The lights on the das stay on: Brakes, ABS, seatbelt, check engine light and air bag... this is an specially when the module fails while driving in the road. Dealers know it's a common problem but they rather have customer pay for a new tipm.

I noticed that when breaking at a red light or during high traffic areas, my truck looses complete power. I cannot turn the steering wheel and the engine shuts down. It doesn't happen all the time, but enough to worry about not being able to steer away from traffic. I don't know if there is a recall for this issue, but I will certainly will like to get some information about this issue.

Windshield wipers on all the time, all trouble lights on dash are on, speedometer and tachometer are dead, front windows wont operate, back windows do operate. A/C will blow air but not cold air. Horn will beep intermittently when car not in use. No trouble codes when scanned. 2 dealers have identified it as the total integrated power module problem. Part is unavailable from oem as it is in "engineering review".

I have had the totally integrated power module replaced twice now due to failure. Apparently this is a very common issue in Dodge. It has caused my window defroster, wipers, door locks and windows randomly not to work. Pretty much anything electrical. My passenger airbag goes on and off, regardless of whether or not someone is in the passenger seat. My ABS brake system has been malfunctioning and locking up on me. This has been a huge safety issue when there's cold weather or rain and all of a sudden my defroster or wipers arent working or my turn signal is cutting out. The tipm on other Jeep and Chrysler products have been recalled. I don't understand why Dodge hasnt issued a recall. This needs to be investigated farther.
