We don't have a lot of complaints on file for the Ford E-350 (although feel free to add yours here) -- it's either not very popular ... or it's very, very good.
The 2006 Ford E-350 has the most complaints, & the most-reported problem is with the 2001 E-350 for spark plug ejected while driving.

#2 spark plug blew out of the head -- 1998 E-350:
#6 spark plug blew out at 44416 miles($521.89), #7 plug blew out at 46333 miles($457.49), #2 plug blew out 26 miles later at 46359 miles at which time WE decided that they ALL should be checked for correct torque specs.(should have been done the first time), this to the tune of $802.41 So ... The engine blew out the #6 spark plug at 44416 miles($521.89) then, the #7 spark plug at 46333 miles($457.49), who knows what the next one will cost us? Read more »
