Problem occurred, Ford new there was a problem, but did nothing to fixit. Many consummers had similar problem. Vehicle had to be towed 20 miles to repair shop.Vehicle was in the shop Ford of Fairfield for three weeks. This should have been a recall but Ford Motor Company is so cheap. Will never buy another Ford product as long as I live. They are all JUNK. Called the manufacture about the problem, what a waiste of time. Have told all my friends to never buy a Ford product

This did not only happen March 15th plug #6 it happened again on 06/01 plug #3 for an additional $560. They did not remove the head. Metal shavings most likely went into cylinder head. What kind of damage is next? I am sure that this is a manufacturer defect by Ford and they will not stand behind it nor will Ford's extended ($1500) Oasis warranty. What good is it? According to the owners manual the spark plugs are not to be changed until 100,000 miles=so what maintenance problems?
