First locking latch works when hood is put down but second refuses to budge. This makes the hood sit about 1.5 inches above where it should rest when fully closed. Tried manually moving the second latch and WD-40ing the crap out of it as was recommended by a mechanic friend to no avail. just ended up with black hands with a nice gash on the knuckle and a reek of WD-40.
