Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. I was in a accident on the 105fwy West, going between 15-25 mph in moderate morning traffic. I hit the back of a car, slammed my face against the steering wheel, and severely damaged my front hood, bumper and engine, which has been totaled out! my air bags failed to deploy! its a 2001 Ford Escort, never been in a accident, and I have neck, back, and severe jaw pain.
