I finally got a appointment to fix my catalytic converter April 3rd at SCARSDALE FORD. They were suppose to call me, they didn't, I had to call them. I have an oil substance on my windshield. This car has less than 15,000 miles. The engine leak, the tranny, the car here stills, the catalytic converter. They don't want to give rental cars. They will say they are just service. I tell them that I bought it at this location. They say we are not corporate and I should have bought loaner service. Whatever that is. Ford is the worse.
This car is a lemon. They now have emission recall. They already had a transmission recall.
