When closing the drivers side door, the handle broke off. (The passenger side is also loose.) I have not fixed the issues yet. I went to the dealership and they said it would cost me $162 to fix. I was very annoyed with them. They told me I had to come in person so they could verify the part because I wanted to know if it was under warranty. So I made an appointment. I go in and they tell me I have a $100 deductible. Then after an hour and half they tell me it would be $162 because it is not covered under warranty. I said, "Well the part is online for around $35 so I will buy it online and replace it myself." Then the service parts person told me it would be a $50 fee for bringing it in and having it checked out. I said, "You want to charge me for a price quote when I already know what part is broken and you told me I had to bring it in to get the price information." She then said she would get the $50 waived.
