This the 3rd turbo failure in 2 years. Ford will not stand behind their junk.

problem #1

Oct 112019

Flex Limited 3.5L Eco Boost

  • Automatic transmission
  • 87,000 miles

Traveling out of state, and the vehicle had large amount of blue smoke from exhaust. Needed to make arrangements to get home and then to pick up the vehicle when fixed. Nine months later the other turbo failed, and again a high dollar fix. 15 months later the first turbo went out again. No satisfaction from Ford. They obviously build junk turbos.
