I called Ford Corp., got the run around, was told there has no reported issues with my type of vehicles and that I should take it to the shop and get it fixed. I told them about the Customer Satisfaction Program they opened for bad throttle bodies they made, and all she said was it doesn't pertain to my vehicle. This is why I prefer not to buy FORD's. They flat out SUCK.
