Rear seat mechanism sticks when trying to fold down or access 3rd row. It actually happened at 15K but didn't have it fixed under warranty due to seldom usage and forgot every time I had car serviced. Had to take mechanism apart and lube system. So far it's been working the couple of times I tried. I actually seldom fold the seat and may be it's used once every three months, so it hasn't been a major problem. But imagine a family that has to constantly use the 3rd row seat!
