I got in the car to drive, notice display notices appear in left computer screen in front of me. I press the OK button to remove them and nothing happens! As I am driving down the road I go to use the turn signal and no response. I pull over and none of the steering wheel controls are working! I managed to drive to Ford Dealership in Eugene, Or. and service dept closed. I spoke to a sales manager about it. He looked on the internet on his phone and found a article someone with a 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid like mine had the same problem! Said to resolve it he moved the high beam stock twice forward than backward once and it resets or clears up the glitch. Another thread said to power the driver side window down than up. This happened to me before and I was on the highway with no turn signals, cruise control and the display was not responding. I could have had and accident! Luckily it cleared up as I was headed to the Ford dealership when I tried to get the turn signal to work. This is a awful design flaw and should have been recalled! I am going to the service department when it is open to get it fixed for good!
