The heater cores on these birds deteriorate over time. Foggy windows at first, wet floormats later.
When you get the replacement, ask for a "grounding strip" to be added to help with the longevity.
The problem won't go away, try and deal with it as soon as you can.
The part is cheap, the labor is intensive because the dash needs to be taken apart.
